Note:
Items Not Covered Under Warranty:
If generator is not running properly or it has a dead battery due to these possible causes below, we WILL NOT cover these items under warranty:
– Battery switch being left on resulting in dead battery (If battery switch is left on for extremely long periods of time it can ruin the battery.)
– When generator is being put into storage and it goes for extended periods of time without engine being cranked and ran, the fuel sitting in carburetor will cause the carburetor to gum up and malfunction. (IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO START THE GENERATOR ONCE EVERY 3 MONTHS.)
– Engine malfunctions due to running engine out of oil or not changing oil when it is due to be changed. (Change oil after the first 8 hours. This is the new engine break in period. After this, it is recommended to change the oil every 24 hours of running.)<br>
We offer generator servicing for the lifetime of the generator.
We highly recommended that these items are taken care of before hurricane season.
